To help Clients approximate the values in their local currency, the website has a currency converter feature. Final Credit Card debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.
Paulhardydesign.com encourages clients to contact their bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to transactions.
Express shipping cost varies based on country.

When clients place orders online, credit card details are entered into a protected online banking system provided by shopify. Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted.

Credit Card Security
Paulhardydesign.com clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.
Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. At the moment the order is confirmed, the Credit Card will be charged for both available items and for Pre-Order items, which will be shipped later in the season when the merchandise arrives.
For Credit Card paulhardydesign.com may request the Bank to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
paulhardydesign.com also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.
On paulhardydesign.com you can Pre-Order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months.
If using a Credit Card, the full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed.
Paulhardydesign.com reserves the right to changes of the delivery date, cancellations or modifications of Pre-Order items caused by production changes.
If a Pre-Order item can no longer be sold, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
Clients who have received a Promo Code for paulhardydesign.com, by email, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date, which limits its use and cannot be extended. Promo Codes can be used in conjunction with Store Credit.

Paulhardydesign.com ships worldwide using Canpar, DHL or FEDEX, but does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All shipments destined for countries outside Canada, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.
Please note, couriers do not make deliveries or pick-ups on Canadian statutory holidays:
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from paulhardydesign.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or paulhardydesign.com.
SUCCESSFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.
If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact paulhardydesign.com at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.
If the package or the items are damaged or if an item shown in the delivery note is missing from inside, the packaging must be kept for further verification.
Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by paulhardydesign.com within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the paulhardydesign.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to CANADA at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Paulhardydesign.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.
If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 10 days of the order’s delivery date.
- To request a return, email email@example.com listing order number in subject line. Next identify items to return and the desired type of return. Once completed, paulhardydesign.com will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.
- The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by paulhardydesign.com. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the Client’s responsibility.
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
Types of Returns
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The code may be used on the next order placed on paulhardydesign.com. If Express Shipment was added and paid for during checkout by the Client, it will not be included in the Store Credit amount. If Express Shipment was included free of charge the Store Credit amount will not be affected.
- can be used one time only within three months of the return;
- is not cumulative with other Store Credits;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the Store Credit.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by paulharydesign.com.
Please follow attentively all given instructions. Make sure to print and use the pro forma invoice and shipping label that are provided. If the instructions are not followed correctly or if the provided documents are not used, Customs may apply import fees. These fees will be the Client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
If applicable, shipping fees of the order are non-refundable.
Return Terms & Conditions
Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Paulhardydesign.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement (excluding custom/import fees)
Pickups for all authorized returns with paulhardydesign.com’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, paulhardydesign.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
Paulhardydesign.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, paulhardydesign.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
ONLINE PRODUCTS & IMAGES
Paulhardydesign.com declines any responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a Client’s computer or malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original.
It is possible that design details may make changes during the production phase or decide not to produce an item.
In the event there is a change to a Pre-Order item or an item does not get fabricated, paulhardydesign.com will contact the Client for express approval and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order for a refund.
